What is a Yoga Private?
A yoga private is a 60, 75 or 90-minute session tailor-made to your physical, mental, and emotional needs. The practice will include pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (physical postures), and savasana (deep rest). Cultivating a personal practice can have deep health benefits including cultivating strength and balance; overcoming emotional and mood conditions; restoring vitality, fertility, and better digestion; overcoming overwhelm; addressing specific weakness; healing heartbreak, and opening to new love and life desires.

Meditation Private Lesson
A meditation private with Jenny is a sharing of the teachings brought down from teacher to teacher in an unbroken Tantric lineage and an unbroken Yogananda lineage. The teachings include a training of the subtle energy body, kriya yoga, laya yoga, jnana yoga and raja yoga. The benefits include a profound sense of connection with yourself and those around you, increased focus, precision, and memory; access to inspiration and creative genius; and an access point to discover your personal truth.

Restorative Yoga Private Lesson in New York City
Restorative Yoga is a powerful practice that helps the body release, in a gentle and profound way. Reclining poses are held for longer periods of time. This practice is beneficial for pregnancy, delicate physical conditions, and resistance (whatever form it takes). It is also luscious and wonderful for lots of other conditions.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a type of guided meditation, used to release mental and emotional tension. It can also clear and calm the screen of the mind. Yoga Nidra can be incredibly useful for people with over-activated nervous systems, or emotional upset, as well as those who are in need of becoming more grounded or inspired. I have been studying Yoga Nidra with Mona Anand since 2012. I have also taken multiple advanced courses of study including Yoga Nidra for Chakra Imbalances. This is an excellent practice to do remotely, as the Yoga Nidra is an auditory meditation.
